Min Chen CPA, CIA, CTA, CAV, CRV, Engineer After Chen Min's graduation from Shanghai Science & Technology School, majored in Computer Science and application, he joined Finance Department of a large state-owned enterprise in Shanghai. He became an accountant and engineer from purse bearer and assistant accountant. Chen Min obtained CICPA license in 1996. He joined CPAs career in 1997 and start with audit. He also gained various professional qualifications since then. He mainly provided audit, capital verification and advisory in finance and tax to foreign investment enterprises, and he is familiar with tax and internal control system.
